JobTrack provides project and payment tracking tools for small businesses and contractors. By using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

JobTrack Pro is billed monthly ($9.99/month) or yearly ($99.99/year) as selected. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting support@xcup.click.

5. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobTrack is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
