If you are not satisfied with JobTrack, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion after the first 14 days.
Email support@xcup.click with the email address used for your subscription. We will process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days.
You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
